Many features run on a schedule: license-log clean-up, partner commission release, Envato sync, backups and email queues. Add this cron job to run every minute (replace the path with yours):
* * * * * php /home/user/yourapp/artisan schedule:run >/dev/null 2>&1
In cPanel, open Cron Jobs, choose "Once per minute" and paste the command. System info in the admin panel shows when the scheduler last ran.
