Which channel to use
- Product support (installation, errors, how-to): open a ticket from your account under Support so we can see your license and installation details. Include the product name, version and the exact error message.
- Billing and refunds: email us with your order number (for example LM2611…) from the email address on your account.
- Sales questions and custom work: email us with a short description of what you need.

Response times
