These Terms of Use govern your use of PepploWeb-Store and your purchase of products from PepploWeb-Store. By creating an account or buying a product you agree to them. Please also read our License Agreement, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, chargeback fraud or license piracy.
2. Products and licenses
When you buy a product you buy a license to use it, not the copyright. The plan you choose sets how many installations you may activate, how long you receive updates and how long support lasts. Extensions are licensed per product license. The full rules are in our License Agreement.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (and in US Dollars where offered) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You can pay through the payment gateways shown at checkout or from your wallet balance. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds; manual payments (UPI or bank transfer) are confirmed after we verify the reference you submit.
4. Wallets
Your account has a cash wallet and, if you join our partner programme, an earning wallet. Wallet balance can be used only on PepploWeb-Store; it is not a bank account and earns no interest. Earning-wallet balance can be withdrawn by UPI, bank transfer or PayPal; we may ask you to verify your identity before paying out. Cash-wallet balance can be spent or transferred to another customer, and cashback or promotional credit can only be spent.
5. Resellers and affiliates
Partners earn commissions on qualifying sales at the rates shown in their account. Commissions are held during the refund window and reversed if the sale is refunded or charged back. Self-referrals, spam, misleading advertising and bidding on our brand names are not allowed and lead to forfeiture of commissions.
6. Updates and support
Updates are available for download while your update period is active. Support covers help with installing and using the product as supplied and fixing bugs; it does not include customisation, third-party plugins, server administration or training. Support periods can be renewed.
7. Acceptable use
You must not resell, share, leak or publish our products or license keys except as the License Agreement allows; remove or bypass license checks; attack, overload or probe our servers; or use our products for unlawful purposes.
8. Third-party services
Our products may connect to third-party services (payment gateways, email and SMS providers, AI providers, Envato). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and fees.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Products are provided as described on their pages. Apart from the commitments in these terms, we do not guarantee that a product will meet every requirement or run without interruption on every server. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profits or data. Keep backups of your website and database.
10. Changes and termination
We may change these terms; the effective date shows the current version. We may end your access if you seriously breach them, in which case licenses obtained in breach are revoked.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
