When you unzip one of our products you will notice a large vendor folder. It contains the libraries the product depends on, installed by Composer, PHP's package manager.
We ship vendor already installed so you do not need SSH or Composer on your hosting. When you update a product, replace the whole vendor folder with the new one: mixing old and new library files is a common cause of "class not found" errors after updates.
If you are a developer adding your own packages, run composer install --no-dev --optimize-autoloader on the server and keep your composer.lock file under version control.
